Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Energy Efficiency Customer
Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support for energy efficiency programs through
various platforms
Assist customers with enrollment, scheduling visits, and technical
inquiries
Utilize support scripts and manage multiple customer interactions
effectively
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months experience in a customer-facing role,
preferably in a call center
Ability to type 35+ WPM
Sales-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing
multiple platforms
