We are seeking a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate in a life sciences field with hands-on laboratory experience to join our team in Thousand Oaks.

The ideal candidate will have experience in mammalian cell culture and protein purification techniques.
This role will require occasional weekend and evening work, as well as flexibility in working hours.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to drug substance process development in a team environment - Execute mammalian cell culture experiments at various scales
Perform purification experiments, focusing on filtration, chromatography, and UFDF
Program automation for process equipment
Troubleshoot process and equipment issues
Design experiments, analyze data, and document findings
Communicate results through reports and presentations
Education Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a life sciences field Required Skills:
Hands-on experience in mammalian cell culture and protein purification - Familiarity with data visualization and analytics software
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Eagerness to learn and grow in the role

Pay Range - $30 - #35/hr
