Job Description:

A company is looking for a TPO Customer Service representative.
Key Responsibilities

Enhance and execute standard onboarding routines for new TPO partners
Manage approvals, renewals, and deactivations for TPO partners and third-party processing companies
Provide daily technical support and maintain timely information regarding TPO web presence

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of work experience in the mortgage industry, preferably in a TPO/Wholesale environment
