Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Representative for an
overnight weekend shift.
Key Responsibilities
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate
departments
Provide outstanding customer service through various communication
channels
Utilize internal systems to manage client information and
referrals
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of phone experience
Ability to handle large volumes of incoming calls daily
Proficient in Microsoft Office products
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Self-motivated with a strong teamwork attitude
