Job Description:
A company is looking for a Supervisor of Revenue Cycle HB
Government Billing & Follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily department operations to ensure optimal productivity
and quality in accounts receivable management
Maintain knowledge of job functions and systems utilized in the
supervised areas, ensuring staff competency
Prepare and analyze management reports, identifying performance
metrics and opportunities for system enhancements
Required Qualifications
Associate's Degree or relevant experience in lieu of education
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
operations
Proficiency in designated platforms within the first 18 months
Knowledge of CPT, ICD, HCPCS code sets, and HIPAA regulations
Experience with staff management, including training and
performance evaluations
