Job Description:
A company is looking for a Follow-Up Associate II to resolve
claims for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and examine sources of denials using knowledge of
coding and billing
Identify, resolve, and analyze outstanding issues preventing claim
resolution
Collaborate with third-party payers to resolve unpaid claims and
determine denial reasons
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of billing experience (Hospital, Physician, etc.)
