Job Description:
A company is looking for a BDR Team Lead - Central to manage and
scale their Business Development team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of BDRs, setting goals and ensuring pipeline
targets are met
Engage in outbound prospecting while modeling best practices as a
player-coach
Own and optimize top-of-funnel processes including lead
qualification and CRM hygiene
Required Qualifications
2-4+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR role, with at least 1 year in
a team lead capacity
Proven track record of exceeding pipeline goals through outbound
efforts
Experience in B2B SaaS; cybersecurity or IT security experience is
a plus
Strong understanding of modern prospecting tools and methods
Passion for coaching and mentoring others
