A company is looking for an NDC Purchase Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Balance and replicate lender's final closing disclosures to match
their closing files
Run Mavent and check all files for compliance
Serve as the bridge between operations and funding, ensuring timely
purchase of files
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Preferred prior closing/title experience in balancing CDs and
LEs
2 years or more of work experience in the mortgage industry
