Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Customer Support
Representative who will provide technical support and
troubleshooting for customers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, research, and resolve technical issues and end-user
application failures
Educate and coach customers on best practices for using products
and services
Document all customer interactions and research in Salesforce to
ensure reliability
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2+ years of customer service or contact center experience
Bilingual in Spanish and English
General automotive knowledge and experience troubleshooting
hardware, software, and network issues
Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technologies
