Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate, Optimization to join
their Eligibility and Billing Optimization team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end management of cross-functional
implementations/projects, including stakeholder engagement and
project plan creation
Evaluate project priority and performance by analyzing data and
metrics to assist in developing departmental success metrics
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to formulate
implementation strategies and manage change effectively
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in end-to-end project management
2+ years of experience in designing and improving workflows and
related procedures
2+ years of experience using data software such as Excel and SQL
for data analysis
A bachelor's degree or 3+ years of commensurate experience
