Job Description:
A company is looking for a Grievance & Appeals Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
Process appeals and grievances, providing comprehensive responses
per regulatory guidelines
Contact customers to gather information and communicate case
dispositions
Conduct research to evaluate and finalize cases based on data
analysis
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree
preferred
Two years of customer service experience required
Two years of health insurance experience preferred
Insurance and Medicare/CMS knowledge
Familiarity with state and federal health insurance regulations
preferred
