Volt is immediately hiring a Dispatch Coordinator in Santa Maria, CA. Volt takes great care of our great hires! As a Dispatch Coordinator, you will: Addressing phone call guidelines as to how to answer the telephone and distribute calls in a consistent processional manner

Provide support to clients by ensuring seamless transition
Schedule/Coordinate & Dispatch service providers
Receive, process and review samples from various locations
Schedules/Updates to monthly Micro Schedule
Collection/shipping/tracking of customer supplies
Assist other departments as needed
Fulfill duties assigned by management

This is a Full-Time Opportunity Work Schedule Tues - Sat 10am-7pm. Pay Rate: $20/hr. - $23/hr. The ideal candidate will have:Strong verbal and written communication skills (Spanish capabilities, a plus)
Computer literacy and experience with Microsoft Office
Professional skills, a plus
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Clean DMV record
Bachelor Degree
Flexible Schedule (Days, Nights, Weekends, Holidays, OT), with ability to travel on occasion.
