Are you an experienced Project Manager with a passion for electrical construction? Join our clients innovative team as an Electrical Construction Project Manager! In this critical role, you will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your leadership and expertise will be pivotal in driving project success and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Ensure projects are executed according to plan and adjust as necessary to meet project goals.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of skilled professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their best performance.
  • Quality Control: Oversee all aspects of project quality, from initial planning through final inspection. Ensure all work meets or exceeds industry standards and client expectations.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, keeping them informed of project progress and addressing any concerns promptly. Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact. Proactively address issues to keep projects on track.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and ensure financial targets are met. Approve expenditures and manage resources efficiently.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure all projects comply with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards. Promote a culture of safety on all job sites. Qualifications
    • Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager in the electrical construction industry.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
