Key Responsibilities

Analyze and post electronic client files, ensuring accuracy in enrollments and terminations
Respond to call center escalations and manage client service questions and issues
Communicate with insurance carriers to maintain eligibility and resolve discrepancies


Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in Health and Wellness Benefit Administration
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
