Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceTitan CSR Expert for
HVAC/Plumbing, working nights and weekends remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Manage after-hours and weekend operations, including answering
phones and scheduling service appointments
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls,
installations, and repairs
Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and
maintain accurate client records
Required Qualifications
Experience in scheduling or dispatching
Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical services is a plus
ServiceTitan experience of 1 year or more
Proficiency in Google Suite and Slack
High school diploma or equivalent
