Moris Media is currently hiring for a Head of Sales and Marketing in Tokyo. This job may require you to lead and oversee the company's entire sales and marketing functions, driving revenue growth and brand awareness. You will lead the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach target audiences and generate qualified leads.   • Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity for Moris Media, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor landscape.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with the necessary tools, resources, and training to achieve their targets.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales and marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.

  • Industry Thought Leadership: Position Moris Media as a thought leader in the media industry through speaking engagements, publications, and thought leadership content.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in sales and marketing, identifying and implementing innovative solutions to drive growth.Minimum Qualifications:
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. An MBA or Master's degree is a plus.
    • Experience: Proven track record of leadership in both sales and marketing, with at least 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role.
    • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency with CRM software, marketing automation tools, data analytics platforms, and virtual communication tools.
