Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to support their sales team and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the workflow of generating and uploading lead lists for the sales team
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
Identify areas for process improvement and provide training and troubleshooting support to employees

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Strong Excel skills
Experience using Salesforce CRM
Ability to balance complex projects and day-to-day responsibilities
Technologically savvy and a fast learner
