Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide
inbound customer support via telephone.
Key Responsibilities
Provide timely and accurate information regarding customer orders
and product knowledge
Process customer orders, changes, and returns following established
policies
Document issues and solutions in ticketing software while ensuring
customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications and Education
High school diploma or GED is required
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must own a compatible desktop or laptop with specified technical
requirements
Ability to work 100% from knowledge base articles
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changes quickly
