Job Description:
A company is looking for a Language Services Sales
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Triage inbound leads and identify customer needs, taking ownership
of larger opportunities
Develop outbound target lists using BI from the online portal to
build sales pipeline
Coordinate sales activities with marketing and client services
teams to improve lead quality and achieve acquisition targets
Required Qualifications
Previous sales experience, preferably in a services industry
(desirable, but not necessary)
Knowledge or experience of languages and localization industry
services and technology (desirable, but not necessary)
Proficiency in CRM software (desirable, but not necessary)
Ambitious and self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Ability to engage with inexperienced customers and explain services
in understandable terms
