We are seeking an experienced Mediterranean Cook to join our team at nua - Beverly Hills. As a skilled cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and sides, in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook Mediterranean dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and sides.
  
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure high standards and efficiency.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety and hygiene standards.
  
• Assist in menu development, bringing creativity and traditional flavors to our offerings.
  
• Manage food inventory, including ordering and restocking ingredients as needed.
