A company is looking for a Consumer Experience
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Professionally respond to all incoming customer inquiries via
phone, email, live chat, and social media
Maintain high productivity levels while providing exceptional
customer service and identifying upsell opportunities
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and
assist customers with design specifications
Required Qualifications
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
effectively
Must be able to work independently and adapt to new systems
quickly
Experience in customer service, preferably in an online retail or
ecommerce setting
Comfortable handling difficult situations and maintaining
professionalism
Proficient in computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Gmail, and Google Docs
