Job Description:
A company is looking for a Talent Leader to serve as a strategic
and hands-on partner in human resources.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with leadership teams to align strategic priorities and
improve organizational effectiveness
Coach managers on performance management, compensation practices,
and employee retention
Manage complex employee relations issues and lead company-wide HR
initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resources, or a related field,
or equivalent experience
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a Federal Government
contracting environment
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Proven ability to establish productive partnerships with employees
and managers
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
