Job Description:
A company is looking for a Casualty Claims Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively handle complex claims from First Notice of Loss (FNOL)
to resolution, advising business partners
Analyze and draft coverage letters, communicating coverage
positions to insureds, brokers, and agents
Conduct investigations of claims, manage outside vendors, and
mentor less experienced adjusters
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4 Year / Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
Accounting, Finance, or related field
State Adjusting Licenses as required
Preferred Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and
Associate in Claims (AIC)
8 Years of relevant experience in handling construction defect
cases
Deep knowledge of Construction defect claims and proficiency in
coverage litigation
