Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Services Representative to
provide services to patients, providers, and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound phone inquiries and determine eligibility for
support programs
Coordinate pharmacy triage, order processing, and follow-up
activities
Ensure quality standards in communication and documentation while
providing exceptional customer service
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum of three years of experience in customer service, medical
billing, or healthcare
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be
considered
Bachelor's degree is preferred
