Job Description:
A company is looking for a Policy Service Specialist I to
perform various billing functions and support policy
management.
Key Responsibilities
Modify billing systems based on policy amendments and renewals, and
communicate changes to stakeholders
Provide superior customer service and ensure adherence to financial
controls
Work with baseline complexity billing and policy plans, producing
accurate billing documents
Required Qualifications
1 to 2 years of equivalent experience in the insurance industry
Associate's degree in business or a related field
Aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite, with preferred knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
Ability to evaluate requests and generate insurance billing
documents
Demonstrated ability to work independently after initial
training
