Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of AR Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with Account Executives to meet client
expectations
Partner with Supervisors to prioritize Team Member engagement and
development
Oversee tracking of client preferences and ensure accurate
performance metrics are communicated
Required Qualifications
At least five years of relevant work experience, including direct
people management
Strong knowledge of the Revenue Cycle Management industry
preferred
Experience managing a remote hourly workforce preferred
Basic skills in Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint; intermediate Excel
skills required
Ability to train, mentor, lead, motivate, and develop team
members
