Key Responsibilities
Create professional internal and external correspondence
Track and schedule events, and manage data tracking for

Provide excellent customer service and attend staff meetings
Required Qualifications
1 year of experience in customer service
Ability to assist in internal and external communication
processes
Experience in event tracking and scheduling
Proficiency in data tracking for programs
Willingness to perform other duties as assigned
